Jackie Lu, CPA, CISA
Jackie Lu brings experience across Big Four audit, global treasury operations, corporate finance, and hands-on financial leadership through private-equity transactions. His background includes developing treasury systems, overseeing multi-billion-dollar credit facilities, supporting financing negotiations, and working through complex transaction and reporting environments.
He has supported credit facilities, trade finance, working-capital and cash-flow lending, leases, foreign-exchange lines, and owner-occupied financing across logistics, real estate, hospitality, and professional services. His experience also includes M&A transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Jackie's approach is grounded in clarity, trust, and disciplined execution.
